Payments & Billing
To ensure a secure and transparent experience, we primarily use COD (Cash on Delivery). You pay the delivery rider directly in cash or via their supported QR scan upon receiving your fresh meal.
No. The price you see on the checkout page is the final amount you pay to the rider. This includes the food price and a small delivery fee where applicable.
AI Waiter & Ordering
Our AI Waiter is your personal dining assistant. It can recommend dishes based on your preferences (e.g., "Show me spicy food under $20"), track your order status, and answer questions about ingredients.
You can cancel your order as long as the merchant hasn't started preparing your food. Once the kitchen starts cooking, cancellations are no longer possible via the app.
Delivery & Support
Average delivery time is between 30 to 50 minutes. This depends on the preparation time of the restaurant and your distance from the shop.
Since we use COD, we recommend checking your order upon arrival. If the food is incorrect or damaged, you can refuse the delivery. If you find an issue after the rider has left, please contact our support email immediately.
